Building Your Program:

Define – During the initial phase, the priority of our collective teams is to thoroughly define the current state, and state of the participants’ and organizational capabilities.

Design – The focus during the second phase is to formalize the program framework and define the work required to develop the full program.

Develop – Here, a full team of your leaders and UNC Charlotte faculty and staff engage to develop the content and materials.

Deliver – The pinnacle of the process is the program delivery, when the training and activities are conducted and fully evaluated.

Review – At key points participants are asked to provide feedback on their experience. Formal participant feedback and our staff’s observations and evaluations are combined to help identify any refinements needed to the program design.
